1. ПРИНЯТИЕ УСЛОВИЙ
1.1 Получая доступ к нашей платформе бронирования авиабилетов или используя её, вы соглашаетесь соблюдать настоящие Условия использования.
1.2 Если вы не согласны с данными условиями, пожалуйста, не используйте наши услуги.
1.3 Мы оставляем за собой право изменять данные условия в любое время. Изменения вступают в силу сразу после публикации.
1.4 Продолжение использования сервиса после внесения изменений означает принятие изменённых условий.
2. ОПИСАНИЕ УСЛУГ
2.1 Мы предоставляем онлайн-платформу для поиска, сравнения и бронирования авиабилетов различных авиакомпаний.
2.2 Мы выступаем посредником между клиентами и авиакомпаниями/поставщиками туристических услуг.
2.3 Фактические транспортные услуги предоставляются сторонними авиакомпаниями и партнёрами, а не нашей платформой.
2.4 Мы не гарантируем доступность, точность или качество услуг третьих лиц.
3. ТРЕБОВАНИЯ К ПОЛЬЗОВАТЕЛЯМ
3.1 Для использования наших услуг и совершения бронирований вам должно быть не менее 18 лет.
3.2 Вы должны обладать правоспособностью для заключения обязывающих договоров.
3.3 Вы несёте ответственность за достоверность и полноту предоставленной информации.
3.4 При бронировании от имени других лиц вы подтверждаете наличие их разрешения.
4. РЕГИСТРАЦИЯ АККАУНТА
4.1 Вы можете создать аккаунт для доступа к расширенным функциям и управления бронированиями.
4.2 Вы несёте ответственность за сохранение конфиденциальности учётных данных вашего аккаунта.
4.3 Вы обязуетесь немедленно уведомить нас о любом несанкционированном доступе к вашему аккаунту.
4.4 Вы несёте ответственность за все действия, совершённые под вашим аккаунтом.
4.5 Мы оставляем за собой право приостановить или удалить аккаунты, нарушающие данные условия.
5. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
5.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the airline or service provider.
5.2 Prices displayed include base fare, taxes, and fees unless otherwise stated.
5.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of booking using accepted payment methods.
5.4 A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and airline confirmation.
5.5 We use secure payment processing systems, but you are responsible for protecting your payment information.
6. PRICING AND FEES
6.1 All prices are displayed in the selected currency and may include service fees.
6.2 Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed and paid.
6.3 Additional fees may apply for baggage, seat selection, and other add-on services.
6.4 Service fees, booking fees, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

7. TICKET ISSUANCE AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
7.1 E-tickets and booking confirmations will be sent to the email address provided.
7.2 You are responsible for providing a valid email address and monitoring your inbox.
7.3 Print or save your e-ticket and present it at check-in along with valid identification.
7.4 Ensure all passenger names match exactly with government-issued identification documents.
7.5 You are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas, passports, and travel documents.
8. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
8.1 Cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy and airline fare rules.
8.2 Refund eligibility and amounts depend on ticket type and timing of cancellation.
8.3 Cancellation requests must be submitted through proper channels before departure.
8.4 No-show or missed flights typically result in complete ticket value forfeiture.

9. CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
9.1 Changes to bookings are subject to airline policies, availability, and applicable fees.
9.2 Name changes or corrections must be requested immediately and are subject to airline approval.
9.3 Date, time, or route changes may incur change fees plus any fare difference.
9.4 Contact customer support to request changes and receive a quote for applicable fees.
10. AIRLINE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
10.1 Your travel is governed by the airline's terms and conditions, fare rules, and contract of carriage.
10.2 You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with airline policies regarding baggage, check-in, and travel requirements.
10.3 Airlines may change schedules, routes, or cancel flights without prior notice.

11.4 You will not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our platform without permission.
11.5 Violation of these conduct rules may result in account termination and legal action.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
12.1 All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us.
12.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without our written permission.
12.3 Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
13. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
